He highlighted the need of human resource in every organization; and spotted the need to change attitude of employers to treat new entrants as infants; and also the new entrants should come with a learning attitude irrespective of their qualification.

Suman Maharjan, BBA final semester student of KDBC, who faced job interviews at the fair said, “I had never attended any job interview before. It was a great experience to face various job interviews within our college premises. I think such fairs not only boost students’ confidence, but also make job search convenient by bringing together job seekers and employers under one roof.

Similarly, Roshani Dhungana, MBA 4th semester student of KDBC said that getting the opportunity of interacting with officials of reputed companies not only boosted her confidence but also motivated her to further develop her skills.

JD Group’s General Manager Dhruv K Gera’s seminar on ‘Innovation and Creativity’ was a major attraction for the students at the fair. The success of the event has inspired the Board to make Job Mela an annual event.
