Ms. Rashmi Sharma Mainali

Ms. Rashmi Sharma Mainali brings over a decade of dedicated teaching experience and a passion for education to her roles as Principal and Director of Kathmandu Don Bosco College, Director of Samriddhi School, Samriddhi College, Shikshalaya college, and Principal of Xavier Academy. Holding an M.Phil. from IACER, Pokhara University, she is deeply committed to her career in education. Known for her strong communication skills and collaborative spirit, Ms. Mainali skillfully combines leadership with her enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, traveling, and embracing new challenges.
