Meet for Constructive Future, Series-2 (Youth contribution towards nation-building)
Kathmandu Don Bosco College began the tradition of conducting Panel Discussion with the aim of bringing the students closer to the world of professionalism. The first program was conducted in 2018 and since then the legacy has been continuing. This year, the program is conducted in a low key with only a few invitees physically but with a huge virtual viewership.
The panelists spoke with enthusiasm and connect. Ambassador to Nepal from EU, Ms. Nona Deprez highlighted on the need of a good balance between work and life balance. Similarly, Miss Nepal International -2019, Ms. Anushka Shrestha, motivated the viewers with her entrepreneurial experiences. Mr. Bibhusan Bista, CEO – YoungInnovation, emphasized on the needed passion to be an entrepreneur in Nepal. Similarly, Mr. Sudeep Acharya – Dish Home, Pvt. Ltd. motivated the students on Social Entrepreneurship. He believes that an entrepreneur shouldn’t make money for the sake of making it. But in a way that all stake holders are benefitted. Mr. Mahesh Swar – Director – Citizen Life Insurance said it is important to have passion and dedication to be successful.
The program was streamed live in social media and hundreds to students have watched the program virtually.
